Alarm Help

  • Test your system Monthly - Activate sirens, test monitoring service & phone line connection. 

  • The most common problem is a Low Back Up Battery. This battery needs to be replaced every 3 years. It is located in the main control panel box, not in a keypad. Batteries are available at our office for $25.00. Changing a battery is not difficult and most clients feel comfortable enough to do on their own.  Refer to user manual.

 If you are experiencing an emergency alarm malfunction the user manual does not solve, the  Alarm Help contact form will notify one of our service techs. They will offer basic assistance as soon as possible via email and will notify our office to schedule a follow up service call. This is not a 24 hour emergency line.  

Please leave a detailed message of problem. If you do not know your code, we do not have access to codes  - refer to user manual above to power down.
